Briefly describe your planned usage, existing data or systems, and desired outcomes. As a guide, exploratory and reference pilots usually work out at around CHF 0–1,500, while defined pilot projects usually come in at around CHF 1,500–5,000. Production usage is agreed individually as a licensing, operations or project model.
A pilot is intentionally limited in time and scope. This may include a specific usage strategy, a defined data source, a limited number of users and a clear timeframe. This allows the practical benefits to be measured and validated in a targeted way.
